AI & Operations Consulting

Spend less of your week on work that repeats

A focused consulting service for Colorado small businesses. Find the steps worth simplifying, choose tools that fit, and get a practical recommendation before committing to a build.

Copying between systems

Map the handoffs between forms, spreadsheets, CRM, and invoicing. Connect the repeated steps and preserve a way to check and correct the result.

Scheduling and assignment

Review constraints, capacity, and staff time to find practical scheduling improvements. Use rules or optimization when they fit better than generative AI.

Finding business knowledge

Organize approved procedures and service information. Assess an internal assistant that points staff to sources and flags missing answers.

Repetitive document review

Identify fields and checks that can be extracted or prepared automatically, with human review before a consequential decision or external action.

A paid operations assessment

Fixed scope and fee agreed before work starts. You do not need to purchase an implementation to use the findings.

  1. Discovery

Choose one workflow, the people involved, and the decision you need to make. Record current volume, time spent, constraints, and available data.

  2. Workflow map

Document the steps, systems, handoffs, and failure points. Identify which changes can be made with tools you already pay for.

  3. Opportunity ranking

Compare likely benefits, implementation and running costs, uncertainty, and maintenance. Estimates stay labeled as estimates.

  4. Implementation recommendation

Receive a written recommendation with a proposed scope, acceptance checks, human review points, and next steps—including a smaller fix or no build where appropriate.

Different from the free lead audit

The free audit looks at one inquiry-to-booking journey. Detailed operational discovery, process mapping, and solution design belong to the paid assessment above.

Technical experience, applied to your workflow

Justin’s background includes retrieval systems, agent orchestration, production model pipelines, and transportation optimization. These capabilities support the work; your business constraints determine which tools are useful. Read the engineering experience.

Support with clear limits

This is a solo practice alongside a full-time engineering role. Support is handled on Colorado business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Revenue-impacting issues receive same-business-day acknowledgment during the agreed support window; other requests receive next-business-day acknowledgment. The proposal records coverage hours, escalation contacts, and included work. Acknowledgment is not a resolution deadline, and overnight or emergency dispatch coverage is not included.

Describe the task that keeps coming back

Tell Justin which work takes the time, which tools are involved, and what a better result would look like. The first conversation establishes fit and an assessment scope.
