What you submit

The contact form collects your name, email, optional business name, chosen topic, and message. The service also records a submission timestamp and IP address for abuse prevention. Do not submit passwords, customer records, or sensitive personal information.

AI processing and personal review

Your inquiry is stored so Justin can review it. Anthropic processes the inquiry to classify it and prepare and check a possible reply. OpenAI may process the message to find relevant material from our published project information. Approved automated replies appear on the confirmation screen and may also be emailed to you. Automated replies identify themselves, and some inquiries are held for human review. The stored record can include the draft, processing decisions, and error information.

Service providers

The website and contact service run on Vercel. Inquiry records are stored in a Neon-hosted database, and Resend handles email delivery. These providers process information to operate the service; their own terms and privacy practices also apply. Justin receives inquiry summaries by email and can review records in a restricted administrative interface.

Retention and removal requests

Inquiry records and related emails are retained for responding to you, following up on a potential engagement, and investigating service problems or abuse. This application currently has no automatic deletion schedule. To ask about a record or request removal, email justin@mimicusdynamics.com. Justin will review the request, including any records that must be retained for an existing engagement. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention schedules.

Browser storage and external resources

The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network information required to serve them. The interactive lead walkthrough runs locally in the page; it does not send a message, save an inquiry, or book an appointment.
