Work
A local implementation, with evidence kept in view
Here is the published Mile High Hair Co implementation and the outcomes still to be measured. The sample workflow on our services page is an illustration, not a client transcript.
Highlands Ranch · hand-tied extension studio
Mile High Hair Co
A one-chair studio receiving inquiries through Instagram while the owner worked with clients. The project connected a website, consultation intake, approved business answers, and the existing booking process so repetitive questions and applications could follow a defined path.
Published implementation
- Custom website on the owner’s accounts
- Multi-step consultation intake on her own domain
- Web and email assistant using documented service information, AI disclosure, and owner handoff
- Instagram inquiry routing toward the application form
- Content drafts for the owner to review
- Existing booking and payment platform retained

Who this is for
Start where the workflow is understood
Salons and studios are the local starting point. Work in another vertical begins with discovery and a bounded pilot.
Salons and extension studios
Published local implementation
Our starting point: service questions, consultation applications, aftercare answers, and handoff to the owner. Mile High Hair Co is the local project described below; measured conversion results are not yet published.
Home-service businesses
Pilot scope · no published trade results
An initial workflow can check service area, job type, urgency, and estimate requests before a human confirms the next step. Each trade needs its own discovery and safety rules. A salon workflow is not evidence of emergency dispatch capability.
Other owner-operated businesses
Qualified by workflow and economics
Fit depends on inquiry volume, contribution per customer, administrative workload, and the tools you already use. We assess those factors rather than rule out whole industries.
